The discovery call
A call, about an hour, at leadership level. What you want the business to look like, and what you believe is standing in the way. There is no charge for it and no obligation at the end of it.
It is the only free stage. Everything after it sits inside the audit.
What it costs
The audit

One price, credited against the build
One price for the whole thing: the written questions, the interviews, two to three days inside the business, the map of how the work actually runs, the ranking of what is worth doing, and the findings document. Payable before work begins, and taken off your build in full.
The build
No fixed fee
Quoted per engagement
It depends entirely on how big the build is. Scoped and quoted from what the audit found, area by area, so you can buy one and leave the rest. The audit fee comes off it. We do not quote a build before the audit, because any number given earlier would be a guess.
Run and improve
$3,000 to $5,000
Per month, depending on scope
We run the build beside your team, keep improving it, and report monthly against a measure agreed at the end of the audit. Month to month, and either party may end it on 30 days' written notice.
Prices are in United States dollars and are exclusive of value-added tax or equivalent, which is added where it applies. South African rand is quoted on request. Payment is made so that Indigo Collective receives the full invoiced amount, and the sender bears their own bank's charges.
