30 minutes with your C-suite: what you want the business to look like and what you believe is standing in the way. No charge and no obligation at the end of it.
What it costs
The diagnosis
$3,000
Fixed price, credited to your build
A tailored audit consisting of, but not limited to, specific business logic questions, interviews, operational observations, mapping the day-to-day working of the organisation, and ranking its priority. This fee is payable before work begins and is credited against your future build cost.
The build
Scope-dependent
Quoted after the diagnosis
Scoped according to the diagnosis in a prioritised fashion, allowing you to start with the highest value offering and progressively implement the rest. A fixed price will be quoted and invoiced against milestones. This will only be quoted after the diagnosis, as any figure presented beforehand would be inaccurate.
Run and improve
$3,000 to $5,000
Per month, depending on scope
After the predefined stabilisation period, following implementation, you may opt to keep us running beside your team to ensure what we built continues to be fine-tuned and improved, getting better tailored to your business each month, and allows us to report against what was set in the baseline audit.

For larger organisations with a wider scope. The price is determined upon request, after a conversation about what the business needs.
Prices are in United States dollars and are exclusive of value-added tax or equivalent, which is added where it applies. Indigo Consulting's received payment is required to be for the full invoiced amount. The sender bears their own bank's charges, remittances, etc.
